A Feat Achieved, A Legacy CreatedDon Bosco School, Alaknanda successfully hosted BoscoMUN 3.0 on 17–18 July 2026, true to its motto: Debate. Defy. Deliver.Recognised as one of the most coveted Model United Nations conferences in Delhi NCR, BoscoMUN 3.0 welcomed over 245 delegates from leading schools and colleges across Delhi NCR and the neighbouring state of Madhya Pradesh. The conference commenced with a visionary welcome address by the Principal, followed by an inspiring address by the Chief Guest, Mr. K. P. Fabian, former Indian diplomat, who, along with the Principal, formally declared the conference open.
The opening ceremony was elevated by a graceful performance by Nrityangana, which left the audience enthralled. Over the next two days, delegates engaged in stimulating committee sessions under the guidance of an esteemed Executive Board panel, displaying diplomacy, leadership and critical thinking while debating pressing global issues. With one of the highest cash prize pools exceeding rupees one lakh, the conference celebrated excellence in debate and diplomacy. The introduction of the Best Beginner Award kindled enthusiasm among first-time delegates, encouraging them to embrace the spirit of debate with confidence and conviction.
The flawless organisation and seamless execution of the conference stood as a testament to the unwavering dedication of the Secretariat, whose meticulous planning ensured the success of every aspect of the event. The conference concluded with a grand closing ceremony featuring inspiring addresses by the Secretary General and the Convenor of the Secretariat, followed by the Vote of Thanks delivered by the Head Boy and Deputy Secretary General. A scintillating performance by the school band had the audience cheering with hands in the air before the outstanding winning delegates were felicitated. Tagore International School, East of Kailash and Don Bosco School, Alaknanda were adjudged the Best School Delegations. BoscoMUN 3.0 once again reaffirmed its commitment to nurturing responsible global citizens, setting new benchmarks for scholastic excellence, and inspiring young minds to collaboratively address global challenges.
