CBP ON LIFE SKILLS BY CBSE

The CBSE COE Delhi East organized a One Day Capacity Building Programme on Life Skills atDon Bosco School, Alaknanda, New Delhi, on Tuesday, 24th September 2024. The event began with a warm welcome and introduction of the Guest Speaker by the Principal Fr. Sujith Augustine SDB.

The resource speaker, Mr. Pankaj Munjal, commenced the first session by outlining the objectives of the day and engaging participants in a discussion on the type of life they wish to live, emphasizing the connection between Emotional and Thinking skills. Following a tea break, Session two began at 11:00 AM, where Mr. Munjal delved into topics such as Innate Potential, Cognitive Powers, and their role in shaping our behavior and interactions. He highlighted the importance of Physical facilities, types of Relationships, and Right Understanding for a contented life.

Key discussions included “The ART of Relationship,” focusing on Attention, Respect, and Trust,the identification of Fears and factors that erode Life Skills and relationships.
After lunch at 2:30 PM, Session 3 explored ways to inculcate life skills in students. The program concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Ms. Iris Thomas, followed by a group photograph and refreshments. The event provided valuable insights into the development of basic life skills and concluded successfully.
