ADMISSION NOTICE
1. Originals of documents to be presented for verification at the time admission a) Birth Certificate of the Child with child’s name (MCD, NDMC, Panchayat Etc.). b) Baptism Certificate & letter from the Parish Priest / Pastor of a recognized Church Denomination. c) Proof of Residence (Any one of the following documents): ii. Domicile Certificate of Child or his parents. iii. Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents. iv. Electricity Bill / MTNL Telephone Bill / Water bill / Passport in the name of any of the parents or child. v. Aadhaar Card / UID Card issued in the name of any of the parents. d) Proof of Sibling (School Identity Card of 2024-25) e) Proof of Alumni (DBA Alumni Identity Card & CBSE Certificate of Class XII) f) Caste Certificate, if any
2. Kindly bring the following: Two Passport Size Photographs of the Child and one Passport Size Photograph of the Father & Mother. One good quality Family photograph (father, mother and child/children in one photo). Aadhaar Card copy of the Child, Father & Mother. 3.Both the parents must come along with child at the time of Admission. 4. The Admission Form has to be signed by both the parents. 5. If any child does not come for admission on the given date (without a valid reason communicated), then the child’s admission will not be considered later.
