The One Day Capacity Building Program on ‘Art Integration’ was conducted on 10th May, 2025, at Don Bosco School, Alaknanda, New Delhi. Held in the Audio-Visual Room from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, the event aimed to promote the integration of arts into the school curriculum. The day began with reporting, attendance, and refreshments, followed by the introduction of the esteemed resource speakers, Dr. Bhavana Chibber and Dr. Arti Chopra, by Ms. Radhika Arora.
The inaugural session was led by Fr. Sujith Augustine, Principal of Don Bosco School. The first session, conducted by Dr. Arti Chopra, focused on the importance of including arts in education, sparking insightful discussions. The second session, from 9:30 am, was led by Dr. Bhavana Chibber and centered on experiential learning through art integration. After breakfast at 11:30 am, the third session at 12:00 pm, again conducted by Dr. Chibber, delved into designing arts-integrated learning tasks and activities.
Post-lunch at 1:30 pm, the final session at 2:30 pm was conducted by Dr. Arti Chopra, highlighting materials, resources, and CBSE initiatives supporting art integration. The program concluded with a group photograph and refreshments, marking a successful and enriching experience for all participants.
