On August 17the staff and students of Don Bosco School Alaknanda organised a solemn yet inspiring programme to commemorate the 211th Birth anniversary of our beloved founder, St. John Bosco.The event featured a thoughtfully curated series of presentations highlighting Don Bosco’s enduring legacy.The programme started with a prayer and concise visual tributes depicting key milestone moments from Don Bosco’s life and mission.It was followed by a theatrical skit illustrating how Don Bosco’s Preventive System and timeless teachings directly address modern student challenges in the present times.A dynamic placard display was then presented which highlighted Don Bosco’s eight core virtues as practical guides for daily student life.The programme served as both a heartfelt tribute and a powerful reminder that Don Bosco’s vision thrives through daily acts of kindness, empathy, courage, and responsibility.
