Growing in Faith and Understanding

The Don Bosco Bible Quiz is a spirited inter-school competition organised by the Salesian Cooperators and hosted by Don Bosco School, Alaknanda, where students come together to test their knowledge of the Holy Bible, discover its timeless teachings and celebrate the values that unite them in faith. Bringing together enthusiastic participants from different schools, the event combines the excitement of a quiz with an opportunity for deeper reflection and learning. Through engaging rounds and thought-provoking questions, students explore biblical stories, characters, teachings and events, gaining a richer understanding of Scripture and its relevance to everyday life. Beyond the thrill of competition, the quiz encourages participants to embrace the values of compassion, forgiveness, humility and service that lie at the heart of Christian faith. It also nurtures teamwork, confidence and fellowship, creating an atmosphere where learning is shared and faith is strengthened. More than a contest of right answers, the Don Bosco Bible Quiz is an opportunity for young people to connect with the Word of God and reflect on how its message can guide their choices and actions. It reminds us that knowing Scripture is only the beginning; living its message is what truly matters.
